4. Is your organization certified?

Yes, we're a certified LGBTBE through the NGLCC. We are also a certified SBE through the Small Business Association.


5. What are your minimum orders?

Our minimum order for custom apparel is 12 pieces, but there are significant price breaks when ordering in higher quantities. There are restrictions on color and product type for smaller orders which will be discussed with you before you place your order.


6. Do you accept credit card payments?

We do accept credit card payments at PridePromo. A 1.5% transaction fee is added for credit card transactions.


7. What is your traditional payment plan?

Large volume custom orders will require a down payment upon contract signature. Net 30 is available on a case-by-case basis after initial orders have been placed or ProudPromos is included in your procurement portal.
